child ongoing stiff neck

my son age 8 has complained on and off for the last few weeks about a stiff neck. It doesn't look stiff, and he isn't holding it funny! Just wondered if i should I take him to docs, has anyone else had this? Thanks

I am a big fan of osteopathy. I take DS, DD1 and DD2 there a couple of times a year and after any major falls.

She has sorted out lots of niggles. DS used to get terrible pains in his legs at night which she sorted. She also sorted out my migraines and car sickness.
