Has anyone had treatment for gum recession when there was no gum disease?

I have slight gum recession around a crown and two other teeth. No gum disease. The cause seems to be bad brushing techniques when I was younger, but also might have been clenching on that side. They aren’t sure.

it makes me feel very self conscious. I am very diligent with my oral hygiene. I floss, use a waterpik daily and see the hygienist 4x a year but still have issues. I was pondering the future and wondered what options might be available to me to try and correct the recession in these areas. I know there’s something called pinhole gum surgery. Is there anything else that might be coming through the pipeline?
