Rash on breast - pregnant, help!

I will insert pic. Woke up today with sort of itchy red rash feels a bit like dry skin when touched on the inside of my breast. I’m 20 weeks pregnant & have health anxiety so freaking out a bit. Have been itchy between boobs on and off last few days wondering could it be sweat related or fungal? Any shared experiences? Can’t see my doc today as they’re closed. :(

Have put canesten cream on & going to try dry out the area. Obv with the HA I’m thinking inflammatory breast cancer although I know extremely rare. Any similar stories or remedies would be greatly appreciated.

Hi OP, get it looked at just to be sure? But i got the same thing with both my pregnancies and it was just due to my breasts rubbing and them being moist (boobs growing). I would just try to keep them dry, make sure they’re dried after showers and use some canesten. It’ll go soon.

Thanks so much for your reply @WobbliHead3000 xx when I look closer there seems to be some red on the other breast in same place also maybe I scratched that one unknowns to myself & made it worse. Did you go to the docs with yours? I will def get it looked at also. I’m hoping mine is the same cause as have bigger boobs & friction / sweat x

@WobbliHead3000 was your rash in the same location?

Yep, right on the side of my breasts to the middle of my chest.

Could it be the underwire/flexiwire of your bra digging in? If it’s in the same place both sides then that seems a possibility.

I’m 37 weeks and have red itchy marks where my bra digs in sometimes.

I’m not too sure, I go between sports bras / normal underwire bras but tend to sweat more with sports so maybe I’ll give them a rest for a while? Being pregnant maybe has something to do with it also? My doc will most likely give cream and tell me to watch it for a week. Hate the waiting :(
