Best cream for external and internal haemorrhoids?

Currently using scheriproct but I'm sure it's making the itching worse rather than better. I do have very sensitive skin. Are there any others that are good? Either on prescription or otc? Or anything else I can buy/do?

Currently using baby wipes after a BM and the scheriproct. Doing bath soaks as well but without Epsom salts as I'd ran out. Going to buy more today.

After reading about surgery and the hellish recovery, I doubt it's something I can do atm as I have two very high maintenance children and I'm a single parent :/ my gp actually advised against it as the pain afterwards is so bad!

Germoloids is pretty good. I get on quite well with it and the numbing properties help.

Recovery from surgery is not a walk in the park but it's not that awful either. However , you'd definitely need someone around to look after the kids and cater for them at least for a few days so quite difficult as a single parent.

Mine are internal only. I use Anusol suppositories which I've found much easier than cream.
