Teenage daughter miserable with sweating - HELP!

My 16 yo DD sweats a lot under her arms and palms. She is really fed up and miserable with it all. Suggestions please!

www.mypharmacy.co.uk/medicines/medicines/a/anhydrol/anhydrol_forte.htm that's a good one. It has a larger roller ball than driclor and makes it easier to use. I suffer from this, not as badly as I did when I was younger though. I was going to have the operation and saw the hospital about it but never got the letter after being put on the waiting list.

I found that being nervous made it worse and also worrying about sweating made it worse, so vicious cycle. I would suggest relaxation techniques as well as that could help.

I also worry about shaking hands etc as it's quite bad sometimes. I haven't used anything for a while as mostly I'm not in a situation where I'm nervous and I'm not sure about using it when bf so I won't use it again yet.

Summer is always worse too and I do tend to use it then. It's a horrible thing to have to deal with.
