Spotty bum!

NC for this....I can be spot prone but my bum is awful atm and it's starting to really affect me and being intimate with my partner. I've just started a new job which doesn't involve as much sitting, so hoping this helps. Also wearing breathable fabrics. Has anyone had this and found any creams/treatments helpful? I am early 40's and quite overweight if relevant (trying to do something about this). TIA

Paula’s choice 2% BHA! Miracle worker! Not cheap but nothing ever comes close for me when dealing with back/bum breakouts

sudocrem really sorted this out for me. It’s the zinc or something.
Ceravee moisturiser after the bath too.

Could it be molloscum?

I hadn't heard of this....it seems like acne to me, and I am a bit acne prone. It's not itchy or anything.
