Noticed a sudden small lumpy bit that's very tender at the side of my boob.
Also two small patches on the same boob, each the size of a 10p coin, that are yellowy and flaking dry. Not itchy at all.
I don't want to bother GP over nothing and I've read that a painful lump is nothing serious, and only to worry if the rash is red.
What home treatment can I do? Thanks!
