Im going mad here, the subscribe and save service is a complete mess and I have been trying to sort it out
I managed to get through on 'chat' help a couple of weeks ago and the person said they had sorted out the issue, and then the wrong items have arrived and since that time, every single day I have tried to use the chat no agent ever joins the chat.
Ive then found an email address for them by googling and sent a long and detailed email, only for it to bounce back with 'we couldnt deliver your message'.
There doesnt seem to be any way of talking to people these days
I wasnt sure if this was the right category but couldnt see where else to put this
