Caffeine Headaches

Long story short, I’ve just had my second baby 4 months ago. Over the last year I have been drinking decaf tea. Over the Christmas period, I bought some early grey, not realising it was caffeinated and finished the whole box over the space of a week. I began getting headaches and didn’t think much of it. Assumed it was tension and kept taking my decaf tea. I have now had a persistent dull headache for 9 days. Could this be because I restarted caffeine so abruptly or because I have stopped again and it’s messed with my head. I am trying a caffeine drink today to see if it makes any difference. I’m running out of ideas as to what is causing this headache. I had something similar 4 months pp after my first baby but it passed. Maybe hormone related too?

Reassurance or advice from those who can relate would be great as I’m a terrible worrier. X
