Complete MOT

I am constantly getting unwell. I'm sick of it. What are the options for a complete health mot? I don't mind paying, I feel like there must be something wrong with me.

Has anyone done something like this privately?

Bumping for you as I'd like to know too.

I check my bloods through Thriva. Over the years, at different times, I have discovered low vitamin D, low B12 and folic acid, high cholesterol and dodgy thyroid numbers.... been I have been able to take action to rectify these things. You can mix and match which ever blood tests you like. And they put the results on a graph so you can see your progress over time.

I'm thinking of paying for a private DEXA scan to check my bones, because of previous lifestyle/diet issues....although I'm not sure how much that would cost or which company does it.
