Right side lower pain noticeable after eating ??

Just that really . When I eat the pain is quite sharp in right side of tummy , near the side , quite low down? Also been having sharp stabbing pain in centre of pelvis but that comes and goes. Got a very faint line on a pregnancy test so don’t know if that’s related . Obviously will ring gp but till then anyone have any ideas ?

It might be too low for your gall bladder, but might be worth asking your doctor if it could be gallstones. I've had mine removed now but when it was flaring up I'd get a pain on my right side, a little below my waistline.
