Since having Covid at the end of Nov (first time), I’ve had almost constant ‘funny’ throat, feeling of stuffiness (but no cold), fluctuating hot and cold, chest infection at Xmas. Thoroughly fed up of feeling under par and constantly tired plus nothing really tastes nice! Am trying to eat plenty of fresh veg/fruit etc, bit of walking etc. any recommendations for a tonic/supplement that has really helped?

Feeling similar so thought I'd follow - sorry I don't have any advice!

End of November isn't super long ago. Me and DP have been the same with a non covid virus. Many, many people I know have lingering illnesses this year.

All I can say is do what you're doing - eat healthily, exercise when you can, get into a good sleep routine, and don't underestimate the importance of drinking water.

It will pass. This time of year makes us feel crap at the best of times - rain, dark, cold.. but we're coming out of it now and the nights are getting lighter. That'll help you feel better on its own!

Well at least I’m not alone but it’s depressing! Onwards and upwards and hope we all start feeling better soon! X

I've had this too: lingering cough/chest infection - currently on 2nd course of antibiotics. It's grim, you have my sympathies.

In a bid to give my body some batural anti inflamatories, I've made the following tonic which I saw on the Internet & am being brave and giving it a go ...

2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 chunk of ginger, peeled and chopped
1 red onion chopped including skin
1 lemon chopped

Place in saucepan and cover with a pint of water, boil for 1 minute

Serve and decant into another pot for the fridge (I use a nutra bullet pot with screw lid.

Then every now and then I'm mixing a teaspoon of honey with hot water and then adding this to a glass of my concoction and swiftly drinking it.

No idea if it's going to help but I feel better thinking that I'm actively doing something to try snd help.

You’re brave! I retch at honey and lemon 😂

I got through two bottles of Metatone after Covid in September, it knocked my sideways. Tbh it took until just before Xmas before I got my energy back completely.
