OK need advice, 14 week old, 2 holes in her heart and not feeding

my little niece has 2 holes in her heart and isn't feeding very well. She's breastfed but not feeding for more than 5 mins at a time, she really needs to feed more.

is the first milk really the low cal stuff?

what more can they do?

Hi Katz. Just wondering how they all are today, have you heard anything?

think on an even keel at the mo, they have upped her meds a bit to give her heart a bit more help and she has put some wieght on an impressive 100g which is great so only 1.4kg to go and she'll be the weight they want for the op.

chocs went down well.

my DB is going to take some of her toys in as he thinks shes getting bored staring at the ceiling, she had just got into her babygym and mobile so he's going to take them in. I got them a cot kick thingy which the baby kicks and it makes animal noises which she also likes. so hopefully if shes a got a bit more stimulation then she's be a bit more content.
