Posting just in case someone has suffered the same? Happened last week when I bent over sideways, totally my fault, but God the pain! Would be helpful to hear if anyone else has had this happen. Hip replacement is 2 years old and haven't had any problems at all. Hospital said this usually only happens early on. I'm getting a bit worried actually about what I can or should be able to do in the future. I've felt very fragile all week and conscious of where and how I move which is not how I want to go on. So if anyone has any experience I would appreciate your feedback.
