I got composite bonding done on my front two teeth last year, as they were quite damaged and worn down due to enamel damage from drinking a lot of pure orange juice as a child. I've just noticed that there's a small grey dot on one of them that looks like a hole and am a bit freaked out. What could this be? My original tooth had some minor damage around the same spot that also looked like a small grey spot, but why would the composite filling have this? I was told they might crack or chip, and I can't see any cracks or chips at all, but this grey spot is worrying me.
