Hi! I’ve been poorly since November, with flu like symptoms, on and off fever, constant tiredness, aches and generally feeling rubbish. I’ve also had a lot of pain.
Had a blood test late November which showed increased GGT, and another blood test on Wednesday which showed it had increased again. All of the liver tests are too high, by quite a lot in everything except one.
I’ve had an ultrasound today and everything looks fine.
Does anyone have an idea what this could be? It’s driving me mad googling and getting no answers, and dh is very worried too.
If anyone has had any liver issues I would love to hear about them please!
I have an appointment with a gastroenterologist who specialises in livers on Tuesday, so hopefully he can shed more light, but would like to put my rest at rest (or not!) over the weekend…
