Food poisoning?

Was just wondering if there's anyone who's quite knowledgeable or experienced with food poisoning🥲? A google search hasn't been very helpful.
So over the Christmas period I purchased a Yule log from Asda, with the stress and busyness of Christmas I didn't realise it belonged in the freezer and placed it in my cupboard.
Fast forward tonight, I've terrible pms and fancied something sweet to cheer myself up. Opened it up and eaten half a slice before realising it smelt disgusting and was covered throughout with green mould.
It contains a lot of cream and mousse so that's the part making me really panic.
I know nobody can say for definite if I'm safe but wondering if anyone knows the odds? Thankssss

I doubt you've eaten enough to make yourself really unwell! Ime you know after a few hours, hope you're okay!
