I have recently been diagnosed with fibromaylgia. I have had rheumatoid arthritis for twenty years.
The fibro seems worse. I am on sick leave and won't be able to work at my normal pace and for as many hours (recent employer expected 12-15 hour days). I am getting a bit scared that I won't be able to work at all. I drive and fly a lot for my work. Has anything helped other suffers? I feel like someone has kicked me allover.

I totally understand, I have similar conditions, work part-full time and it's really tough. Are your conditions wellcontrolledwith medication, have you seen your doctor recently?

Yes to recently seeing the consultant. Not able to get a doctors appointment.
The RA is not well controlled since 2021.
