Pains and aches.

Tuesday afternoon I suddenly had a bad headache and stomach pains, by the mid evening I developed aches and pains in my arms, across the shoulders, back and legs, joints also painful, thankfully the stomach pains have gone.
I have been taking paracetamol which seem to help.
Is this some form of flu bug, have no cough or snuffy nose.

I would see your GP to get checked over.

Could be covid. I've had a few bouts and never actually had a cough with it.

Also agree with getting yourself checked out - are you normally fit an well?

Thanks for your replies, it is not covid had test and was negative, will give it another day and as suggested will contact GP.
