I’m devastated, just had a phone call from Mum who has just been told at 78 she has breast cancer. She went for a scan, we thought she had gall stones of all things but they have spotted a large deep breast cancer. She can’t feel any lump, it was just a pain she felt. Obviously will find out lots more soon but I just don’t know what to think, she has some other health issues, has a pacemaker and was due to have knee replacement soon. They have referred her on to other specialists so I guess it’s just a waiting game now.
