I have the same.
I am two weeks into taking amitryptiline but it doesn’t seem to do much.
Have you seen anyone about it?

I went to a physical therapist. I have an appointment next Wednesday for an mri. At the moment I’m only capable of doing a few hours work per day as the pain keeps me up in the night . Are you managing to function day to day ?
