DS's Blackheads

My 15yr old DS has 2 large blackhead type spots on his nose (pic attached).Any suggestions about how to get rid of them?
I'm happy to book him in to see someone, as they're not squeezable, but I dont know who would deal with something like this?

My son had some unsqueezable ones too that bothered him and found using acnecide face wash (9.99 on Amazon, there are various less potent versions with similar names that didn't work). They gradually went away on their own, one of them be some squeezable and hasn't come back. He uses the wash once a day.
