Anyone have a clue what this could be? I've realised I have a painful lump on the top of my third toe. It feels like a small pearl or pea under the skin. I can move it from side to side. Having consulted Dr Google I wonder if it's a ganglion? Do I need to see a GP? I know it's a small thing but having recently had cancer any new lump causes me worry
