This rash has appeared on my back.its below my bra line. Its itchy. It's dry and red. It's appeared in the last two weeks. Over that time I've tried 1% hydrocortisone, canesten and Soolantra. I have a nickel allergy but have never had problems with bras before.
It feels like contact dermatitis, I have changed my washing liquid to Aldi, but if it was washing liquid, surely it would be everywhere on my body?
I have worn some shapewear recently which I've worn before, it's exactly at the level of the back of the shapewear.
Pharmacist suggested fungal after three days of hydrocortisone. It's itchier than ever, I've stopped wearing the shapewear, I wear a clean bra everyday. I also swim daily, I sometimes don't shower immediately after swimming because the showers are crowded, so the chlorinated water could be on my back for an hour or so.
Getting an appointment at the dr is two weeks wait I'm getting desperate, it itches and I want to pick at it.
I have already posted in allergies but no response hence posting on here.
I'll try for a drs appointment but it's new year now so no chance for at least a few days.
