has anyone ever had temple pain due to a dental problem ie cavity? been suffering this on and off for a while have been to dentist and he says i do have a hole in an upper tooth on the side of the pain (i have to have it out ) but me being me i am getting myself all worked up and imaging all sorts of reasons for this pain. So can anyone put me at ease and say they have had the same thing - please?

I quite often get temple pain with my sinuses. Normally a day or so before a cold comes on.

A hot flanel on the area seems to help - much more than painkillers.

I am prone to lots of sinusitis and have found that accupuncture helped. Might be worth thinking about ? Good luck.

So does anyone recognise this symptom then, please? I have a sore point on my left temple, enough to say ow if I press it but otherwise unnoticeable. Nothing visible, or palpable. Just a sore point. Any ideas at all? I have had it for weeks...... weird!
