Weird raised red slightly itchy soft lump on tummy PIC INCLUDED

I have just discovered a soft red raised lump on my stomach. Only noticed it as it itched and I went to scratch it and realised there was a lump there. Looks like it has a head on it? Doesn't hurt to touch or poke, is completely soft but a bit itchy. Any ideas - will post pic below.....

I don't have any advice I'm afraid @Stropalotopus83 But I would get this moved over to Sponers Corner - they're pro's over there with this kind of thing!
