GP for pins and needles?

A couple of days ago I felt like I had splinters at the end of my right index finger, I realised it was actually a oins and needles type sensation.
Yesterday the sensation was on the right side of my face and after that started on my whole right arm.
When I carry my right arm feels achy.
It’s stopped on my face though my face is itchy on and off today.

The sensation isn’t too painful it’s more uncomfortable especially when I brush my arm against clothing.

I had a blood test for general fatigue a few weeks ago and everything was normal.

Do I go back to my GP this altered sensation or just hope it passes. I’ve also been getting painful back spasms for the last few months but forget to mention at my appointment last time.

Always get pins and needles checked out if it lasts. Is there any chance it could be shingles?

I'd see gp. If it wajust hands I'd think it was carple tunnel. But the body needs a Dr!

When it started on my face yesterday I did consider ot could be shingles but my skin looks normal.

If I still have the symptoms tomorrow I’ll send an econsult to the GP.

Could be B12 or it could be a bulging disc pressing on nerve roots. I used to get pins and needles in my hands, arms and face due to disc issues in my neck.

(9) Pernicious Anaemia/B12 Deficiency - Support Group | Facebook this is a good group for info and advice
This is also a good website Home | B12info.com

The best book was written by Sally Patcholok called Could it be B12? An epidemic of misdiagnoses.

Please do not supplement before testing.

A PP mentioned being symptomatic between injections and this should not happen if treatment is effective. Could be low folate preventing the injections being effective or more frequent injections are required.

I saw the GP who recommended a blood test for vitamin deficiencies and during examination found a sore spot in my shoulder which could be a trapped nerve so have physio booked.
