Eczema? Can you help ID this random patch please.

My son (18) has had this random patch of rash come and go for the last few months. Always the same area, same size but we have no idea what it is. Did think eczema but it's not itchy or dry. We can feel the little raised bumps but thats it. Has anyone got any ideas?

It looks a bit like psoriasis. Has a GP seen it?

Has he tried taking an antihistamine?

@DustyLee123 he has an appt next week so hopefully they can tell, he takes antihistamine but it doesn't do anything for the patch. Will have a look at psoriasis. Thank you

Seborrheic dermatitis?

I get this near my scalp line. Might be worth using gentle shampoos for a bit. You can try and apply some anti fungal cream to see if it goes away. It's notoriously difficult to treat if it is that but it might not be!
