Dizzy Episodes - iron levels?

In the last few months I have had repeated episodes that usually start an hour or so after my lunch, and is the same every time.
Starts with sharp tummy cramps, lower abdomen, gets progressively worse and then I start to feel really hot and flushed, have to stop whatever Im doing (embarrassing at work!), Im drenched in sweat head to toe and feel really dizzy and sick. I never pass out or actually be sick but once someone has opened a window, cooled me down and i’ve had some water/a snack it does go and suddenly i feel perfectly normal again.

i initially suspected it was blood sugar related but my blood test results hba1c says normal, and my GP didnt really give that idea much attention.
the only thing of interest in blood tests is mean cell volume and mean cell haemoglobin is borderline low -
would these symptoms be related to iron levels?

the only other thing Im maybe thinking is IBS related? i havent been officially diagnosed with IBS but it had been mentioned before years ago by my GP and i was advised to try a low fodmap diet which i never actually did in the end. i dont tend to get bloating or stomach cramps outside of these episodes, and the hot/dizzy/sweating is confusing me as not sure if these would be related to IBS.

any thoughts or similar experiences much appreciated!

i have a follow up with my GP in the new year.

How old are you, could it be peri menopause related?
Is it a hot lunch you’re eating?
Do you have any diarrhoea associated with it?

Any diarrhoea? Sounds like IBS or dumping syndrome if there's diarrhoea

thankyou for the replies!

I am 33.
not a hot lunch usually a sandwich, fruit, snack bar.

Ok so could be IBS related then! on one of the occasions I have had diarrhoea but the others none - my tummy cramps so bad with it though it makes sense.
is sweating and hot flushes related to IBS as well?
i havent heard of dumping syndrome !!

Sounds like an IBS type situation. Dumping syndrome can be linked. Both can manifest with pain, sweats, fainting

It also could be an allergy to something you're eating
