Hi all,
I had a cold virus last week. 2 nights ago I woke with pain in the bridge of my nose. My nose isn't blocked, mostly when I've blown it it's been clear or had blood in it. But when I blow my nose I have horrible pain on the left side of my head and neck (left side) the pain is worse when I bend over. The pain, on my left side, is also agony when I cough. I also feel wiped out.
Does this sound like a sinus infection? I've had them before but had green snot with them.
Feeling sorry for myself.
