Does this look like shingles?

I started feeling unwell in myself around a week ago, this weird dizzy feeling a bit like vertigo. I feel like I’m in space floating out of control, then I’ve developed this very painful/itchy rash on my chest above my right breast. There’s a couple more over near my armpit and under my Arm pit feels really painful but can’t see anything there.

could this be shingles? Or something else?

Looks like shingles, I think. The pain under the arm is possible your lymph noses swelling up.

Shingles. see your GP or pharmacist now as there is medication which can help relieve it.
