I've had this. Very quick and painless. Really nothing to it.

Re if fibrosis or not

Please note I am in Canada - the procedure might be different in the UK.

I took of my shirt and laid on my back, with my right arm over my head. The "machine" was pressed against my side, and made a slight vibrating/tapping feeling. It lasted about five minutes.

I got the results immediately from the technician. Very unusual, in my experience of medical tests.

Had my fibro scan
Got results

Ideally the number is meant to be under 300

Obv mine was not..

Too much fat in my liver

Does anyone mind sharing their fibro scan number / result ?
