Tender stomach and nausea

I'm going to call the GP in the morning as I can't miss anymore time off work but wondered if anyone had any ideas what this is likely to be?

I've been feeling nauseous for just over a week now, my stomach is tender and when I touch my stomach or move around a lot or bend over it makes me vomit.

At first I thought it was migraine related so have took my usual migraine and sickness medication but that didn't resolve it, I've tried antacids but they didn't help either and I don't feel like it's a stomach bug as I'm fine when I'm not moving around and it's not the usual stomach bug symptoms if that makes sense. I'm wondering if it may be more gall bladder related but I may just be clutching at straws at this point.

It does sound like a tummy bug, I've had this before and it went away after a few days. Drink lots of water Flowers

@AtSomePointInLife thank you, Luckily I have been eating and drinking normally as well as having extra water if I've been sick which has only been a few times.

I wasn't sure if it was a stomach bug or not as its 9 days and very different to usual stomach bug symptoms I have had previously. I'm hoping it is just a bug and it goes away soon. I'm most likely over thinking it.

I have NO medical training so best to rely on your gp for advice but I had this issue for months; especially nausea when moving and bending and it turned out I had a massive ovarian cyst and a womb full of fibroids; all of which have now been removed and I felt immediately better afterwards! Literally the nausea had gone when I woke up from op! Hope you feel better soon op and don’t be fobbed off. Most viruses should resolve within 10 days I think.

I had a weird stomach bug a few weeks ago, more the other end, but I felt sick and was off food. I wasn’t really ill per se (I worked, mainly from home), but it was def a virus which I caught on holiday as it kicked on on the way home!
A virus should be on the way out after 10 days, I’d def go to the doc.
