Chest pains, flu or another winter present

Hi all

Yesterday I woke feeling rubbish, achy muscles, painful joints, headache, bad fatigue, odd cough and my voice had gone.

Today I woke with bad chest pain on my left side, indigestion pain and also pain in my neck. My voice is coming back but I feel so wiped out and body is really sore. The headache is also there.

The weird thing is none of my glands are up and I don't have a temp. I also don't have a running nose.

I've done a covid test which is negative. Could this be flu? I've had the vaccine.

Or is this something else?

Sounds exactly like what I came down with two weeks ago. Only just getting over it to be honest!

I think I have had something very similar for the past couple of weeks too!
i felt like I was coming down with a cold at first, but then it turned into really non specific low level flu symptoms - achey joints and muscles, swollen glands on and off, slight upset stomach & indigestion and generally feeling unwell - but not enough to take to my bed! So strange and still feeling it today 😞

There's a lot on Monday I woke up really tired and I continue to work but I felt terrible and went to sleep at 9 pm. Tuesday. I woke up with a really bad cough Wednesday. I woke up with the start of cold Thursday, the cold was full blown Friday, I had stomach ache and vomiting. Yesterday and today I've just been tired.

I had a headache Sunday. Fever on Monday and Tuesday. Full of mucus until today. Now I'm coughing and vomiting. I haven't eaten a proper meal since last Sunday.
