I had a phone call about an hour ago, from the respiratory clinic, for an appointment next Wednesday. She couldn’t tell me over the phone who referred me. I’m worrying now. I’m currently receiving treatment for colon cancer. Just finished chemotherapy. Cancer all gone.
months ago after a ct scan, they discovered something wrong with my thyroid. Nothing to do with the colon cancer. They thought it was a birth defect. Nothing to worry about. Definitely not thyroid cancer.
sent for a thyroid scan end of October and haven’t heard anything since. Till out of the blue today I get a call. They can’t tell me who referred me. Is respiratory linked to thyroid. A month and a half not hearing anything. So scared.
