The last day or two I've had this burning feeling on top of my breasts, sort of as though I'd set a hot plate on top of them. Also some shooting pains and itchy nipples, and my right breast is producing a small amount of milk despite not having breastfed in 2 1/2 years (even then, only briefly) is this a peri menopausal thing? I'm 38
