Hi, I’ve had a chronic sinus infection for 6 years now, (I can’t believe the timescale!) I’ve been on antibiotics for most of this time, i nasal douch two- three times daily to flush them, I use a nasal spray Mometasone, take steroids, and had my sinus washed out twice and had biopsies taken (which were inconclusive) I’ve seen 3 different consultants (one of them privately), and my last appointment I was told that they had reached the end of the line and that there is nothing else they can do. This has devastated me, I am so unwell, have lost 100% of my hearing in one ear (the pressure has caused my eardrum to have a hole in it in the other ear, my eyes bulge, I have thick green snot and catarrh that I just can’t clear, no sense of smell or taste (not from covid) and I am in so much pain all of the time, have no energy and have become a virtual recluse.
I have no allergies and my bloods have been checked many times too.
please please please can someone reading this throw some advice my way?

Hearing loss, tinnitus and a very uncomfortable feeling could be a retracted eardrum.

Have you tried the Otovent balloon?

ENT will check for that with a quick and easy test which will show whether it's retracted or not and if so, to what extent.
