I have a herniated disk and it is being slow to heal (and it hurts!!). I work for a large company with outsourced OH and they interviewed me in July and said I was to return to site the next week. Fortunately my manager let me keep wfh until now. They have asked me to do another OH interview so I will be told to go back, but I physically can’t. How can I keep wfh until I heal? Can GPs authorise WFH somehow, or does it have to be OH?
