Loosing conciousness - why?

Can anyone help me with what happened to me today. I got out of my car and my feet felt really heavy as if I had stood in loads of mud (I even checked my feet). I came in and went upstairs and then sat down and everything went black, then I was ok, the black again really quickly about 3 times and my head dropped to my chest. I have been fine since and no idea what it could be? Maybe need a GP but reluctant as I feel ok now. anyone any ideas?

Can you phone 111 to check? I’ve nearly fainted before and lost my vision. Luckily was in the doctors waiting room so they rushed out and put my head between my legs.

If this happened to me I would have rung 111 immediately. It could be anything from a virus to a heart issue. You need an ecg really.

Sounds like a faint rather than a hypo but could even be neurological? Anyway glad you’re getting it checked out - best wishes OP.

Have you checked your blood pressure?

sounds like maybe low blood pressure.

Also had you had enough to eat / drink?
