What’s this mark?!

Evening!
Can someone please give me some suggestions as to what this weird mark on my finger is? It’s not make up and isn’t coming off when I was/exfoliate my hands. I don’t smoke so not a smoking stain. It’s been there for a few weeks now and I assumed it would just ‘wear off’. It’s not painful or sore and you wouldn’t know it’s there if it wasn’t so eye catching.
I’m in my early thirties with no major health issues. There’s a vague family history of skin cancer so I’m trying not to catastrophize(sp?)

Looks like a bruise. See a gp if you are worried.

I'm not medically trained but if it has been there weeks and hasn't changed colour, doesn't hurt, then I wouldn't think it's a bruise.

Looks like pigmentation, anything new and unusual which is persistent, I would see a GP or at least a pharmacist who can confirm if you need to see a GP.
