Cracking noise in face

I've noticed just recently that when I yawn or make certain facial expressions that my face cracks! Its not my jaw, it sounds/feels like it's coming from my nose. I'm super anxious anyway and have bad health anxiety and OCD so I am Panicking. What is it?? Is it normal?! Anyone?

Probably your sinuses. Any pain at all? I regularly get sinus infections and have cracking, creaking and even an audible to other people whistle once.

No no pain just a cracking sensation and noise.

It definitely sounds like your sinuses to me but I’m no doctor.
