Tummy tuck and prolapse

Hello, just wondered if anyone on here had ever had a tummy tuck to help with prolapse and stress incontinence?
if so, did it help either?
I currently am in my 40’s, 3 kids, now teenagers. Carried all 3 very low down and was massive with them. Ever since my first which was a forcep delivery, I’ve struggled with prolapse of the back wall and bladder.
I had surgery for the back wall 5 years ago and it’s now stage 1 again. Bladder is stage 2. I also developed over last 10 years stress incontinence. I currently have a dish with support pessary but it doesn’t stop the stress incontinence.
Anyway, I was doing some research online and it said tummy tucks can help stress incontinence because they tighten up the stomach muscles and pull everything up, which helps tighten the pelvic floor.I've had a personal trainer for 12 months and although I'm stronger everywhere else my core muscles don’t appear to be any stronger- So I was thinking about having it. For me the flat stomach and skin removal would just be a bonus- it’s more for the tighter core muscles and possible help with incontinence I’m wanting it for.
Has anyone ever had one and it helped or any doctors onhere who can advise?
