Flu. Night nurse not helping :(

God I feel awful. I ache everywhere, I’m constantly shivering which is keeping me up all night because I’m so cold :(

I took night nurse about 6.30 and went sleep at 9. Iv woken up shivering and too cold to go to the toilet lol

I’m a bigger girl do you think I need a bigger dose?

No, because it contains the equivalent of two paracetamol. You shouldn't overdose on that.
Take 400mg ibuprofen three times a day as well. That should help.
