An someone, hopefully medical person advice?
I have on and off blocked ears?
I had my right ear blocked since I came of a plane a months ago, went to see Gp- paramedic checked my both ears, said all ok, probably Eustachian tube disfunction and it will clear on its own as cause probably allergies etc.
It cleared sort of this week however instantly my other ear got blocked!
And from today my both ears are blocked so I’m essentially deaf!
I had a similar last Winter when one of my ears was blocked on and off for few month s until the Spring.

I don’t know what to do?
I have a high demand job and I can’t hear anything.
At the moment I also have some long term cold, like lots of phlegm in my sinuses and throat, it’s probably allergic, I suffer from lots of seasonal allergies, could it be from that?

Also I noticed when I tilt my head on side, my ear gets unblocked for a second and then get blocked again!

Well are they blocked with wax? You could possibly ask for a nurse appointment to check but our GP surgery no longer does wax removal so you'd have to book an appointnent with an audiologist. GP surgeries used to do it but most don't anymore. There are lots of audiologists about offering ear wax removal, it's around £60 for both ears where I live.

@GoodVibesHere i don’t think this is wax issue as the paramedic nurse said all clear.
it’s just so annoying..
People are speaking to me at work and I have to keep repeating what did you say?
