50s gone through menopause few years ago but this week symptons as if Im ovulating! Anyone else had this?

Very Sore breasts and nipples tender and feel huge. Plus a clear wet discharge just like when I knew I was ovulating. Very weird. Anyone else experienced this?

In agony tonight. Pains in my stomach now. I had endomstriosis years back but menpoause seemed to stop it not had pain for around 6 years 😪
