I have health anxiety and would love to know what this is?

Looks like something that is infected. Did you have a spot or break in the skin there?

It is a scab.

It’s actually on my side, I have 2 of them 😭 I think it may have been a spot. My underwear has rubbed on it this evening and made it bleed. That’s currently what it looks like x

What are the other purpley/pink marks, it's a bit blurred? Are they just stretch marks?

It's just a scab from a tiny wound.

Looks like an ingrown hair to me 🤷🏻‍♀️. I get them occasionally and before the hair is ready to burst through the skin it can look a little raise and purple . Do a google image search and see if it matches.
