Not cancer. Does en enlarged prostate cause impotence? Or does the medication cause it. Anyone know?

Which medication? Tamsulosin (with or without dutasteride), finasteride, etc. have sexual dysfunction listed as a common or very common side-effect.

different men have different symptoms, it might or might not cause ED

Tamsulosin might cause retrograde ejaculation as it can cause one of the bladder sphincters to relax
