Next level chilblains

I'm suffering so much! I started getting chilblains the year after DC1 was born and every year they are getting worse (5 years in now).

Winter hasn't even started and 4 out of 5 toes on each foot are agony currently. It's burning, itching and it hurts! If I wake in the middle of the night the pain is at its worst. If I need to walk to DC's room every step is agony, like giant bruises. I am guessing due to less circulation when I'm asleep/lying down?

I'm at a loss with it I already follow all the NHS advice. I work from home, don't walk in the cold much (even the school run is only 5 minutes) and only wear comfy shoes.

What's going on and how do I make it better?

No advice but I am in the exact same boat! I never got them till my mid 20s when I worked somewhere that involved me spending a lot of time in a freezer, I feel it somehow triggered them! But yes I suffer awfully with them in the winter particularly at night, nothing seems to work. I really hope you get an answer (and can share any wisdom with me 🫣😂) bring on spring!
