dd 20m Rash on bottom, legs and ankles. Any advice?

Little red spots on bum, legs and ankles. Mainly on buttocks, tops of thighs. Small raised spots which go white when pressed.

She has had a cold and mild temperature on Monday. Was off her grub, but back on it now, but wants to drink a lot.

Haven't a clue. Should she be going to childminder or staying at home? Seems fine, but a bit more grizzly than normal (Well quite a lot more grizzly!)

My ds had something like this a few weeks back. He had spots on hands, nappy area, legs and feet. The spots went to pustules on his hands, and he also had one or two around his mouth.

I kept him away from CM and took him to Drs who said it was some sort of virus. He was not ill with it, but as you say, off his food. Went back to CM when spots had virtually gone only to find another mindee with similar thing had still gone to her!!
