Weird dizziness virus?

I've had a really weird dizziness thing for about a month. I've spoken to a few people that have had the same. Even my husband had it for 24 hours.
Anyone else suffered? It's really annoying but doctors have said nothing to worry about.

yes! first time in my life, got up the other night and felt like I was surfing. It's not constant, and any virus can irritate your vestibular nerve (in your ear) but perhaps there is one at the moment that likes making a home there?

Yep mine comes and goes. It's worse when I turn my head quickly. It's driving me mad.
